Alpha Announces Acquisition of Seldon Systems and Continuity EMS Platform

Alpha Technologies Inc., global leader in broadband power solutions, announced today the acquisition of Alpharetta, GA based Seldon Systems. Seldon is a leading developer of enterprise power management solutions for the cable television, broadband, data center and telecommunications industries. Prior to this latest acquisition of all remaining outstanding shares, Alpha was Seldon’s largest single strategic investor.

Alpha and Seldon have worked cooperatively for many years to bring technologically advanced, feature-rich power monitoring and management solutions to their shared customer base.

Alpha’s North American and Global sales teams will market the newly acquired Continuity products.
