Alpha Academy Launched as New Cable Broadband Training Program

Designed as a digital classroom experience using online training modules and exams, it is the official source for certification training on Alpha products and services.

 

Organized and taught by Alpha-certified instructors, each course covers topics relevant to Alpha products and the cable broadband industry. The digital learning tool is available for use on any tablet, laptop, or desktop that can use a modern web browser, providing a convenient and interactive environment for users to learn at his or her own pace. Passing the test at the end of the program awards the student with a certificate.

 

Alpha’s first courses in the program, ranging in price from $70 – 395, provide essential industry knowledge for installers and technicians. These courses include:

 

  • AlphaNet DM3 Series Transponder Installation
  • AC Power
  • RF Theory and Troubleshooting
  • Electrical Safety: Outside Plant
